Can I pick up my flower order in San Francisco?

Yes — pickup is available at our San Francisco studio at 181 2nd Street with no delivery fee. Please bring a valid ID when you collect your order.

What happens if no one is home when my San Francisco delivery arrives?

If the recipient isn't available, we'll leave the bouquet in a secure spot, with a neighbor, or coordinate a redelivery. If none of those are possible, the flowers return to our studio for safekeeping until we can arrange a new delivery.

Yes. Every arrangement is hand-designed to match the original. If a specific flower isn't available that day, we substitute with similar blooms of equal or greater value, keeping the bouquet's color palette and design intact.
