Careers

Hourly · $25–$30 per hour · On-site at our studio, 181 2nd Street, San Francisco

You keep the studio running. Every bouquet that leaves Flower Icon passes through your hands first: the right flowers, the right card, the right address, on time. You're the person who catches the missing apartment number before the driver does.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming orders: check delivery dates, addresses, products and special requests
• Make sure every card message is printed correctly and travels with the right order
• Get each order to the right place: prepare deliveries for our drivers and coordinate studio pickups
• Help customers by phone, text and email with orders, changes and custom requests
• Build and manage the florists' weekly schedule
• Keep the studio organized, from packaging and ribbons to cards and supplies

You might be a fit if you

• Are extremely detail-oriented. You notice the typo, the wrong zip code, the missing card
• Stay calm and organized on busy days
• Write and speak clearly and warmly with customers
• Are comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets, or learn new tools quickly
• Can work extra hours around peak holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
• Bonus: experience in a flower shop, retail, hospitality or office admin
• Bonus: fluent in both English and Spanish

How to apply
